His family owned land banks in Kothrud, which were developed into major projects such as City Pride Multiplex, Big Bazaar, and residential developments like Tara Residency and Anand Towers.

Vijay Rathi

Anand Medical Distributors: Co-owned by Devendra and Vijay Rathi, this company handles distribution for over 120 pharmaceutical companies and boasts a turnover exceeding ₹100 crores.
